This website is published by LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership trading as Lets Decode AI. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement between us, which would be agreed separately and in writing.

This site describes what we do, the products we run, and the material we teach. It is published so you can judge whether to talk to us.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice for your situation. Reading a page, or sending the discovery call form, does not create a contract or a client relationship between us. That begins only when both sides have signed something.

We try to keep this site accurate and we correct it when we find it is not. We do not promise it is complete or free of error, and technical descriptions here are written to be understood rather than to be exhaustive.

This site deliberately publishes no client names, case studies, outcome figures, ratings, or testimonials. If you ever see a claim of that kind on this site, it is a mistake and we would like to know.

This site links out to services that are not this website. Our products Rehurz and Orotov run separately from it, the Academy classes are hosted on their own platform, and our lectures are published on YouTube.

Each of those has its own terms and its own handling of your information, and they govern when you are there. A link from here is not an endorsement of anything a third party platform does.

Read it, quote it with attribution, and send it to a colleague. That is what it is for.

The words, page designs, logo, and code here belong to us unless something says otherwise. Please do not copy the site wholesale, present our material as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we worked together when we did not. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or to reach parts of it that are not published to the public, such as the publishing studio.

This website is published free of charge and read at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including lost profit, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption, and we are not liable for the content of any third party service this site links to.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to one thousand rupees (INR 1,000).

Two things sit outside that limit. Nothing above excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law. And it does not touch a paid engagement: those are contracted separately and in writing, and whatever that contract says about liability governs the work it covers.

If you misuse this website and a claim is brought against us because of it, you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable losses, damages, and costs we incur from that claim. Misuse means using the site in breach of these terms, in breach of the law, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights. This does not extend to anything caused by us.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by Indian law. The courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, where we are registered, have exclusive jurisdiction.

Write to us first at support@letsdecodeai.com and set out what happened and what you want done about it. We will engage with it in good faith, and both sides agree to try to settle it that way for thirty days from the day you write.

If that does not resolve it, the dispute goes to the courts named above. We have not agreed to arbitration and we do not name an arbitral institution here, because an arbitration is something both sides agree to rather than something one side announces on a web page.

We update this page when the site changes or when these terms need to change with it. The date at the top always shows when it last changed, and the version you agreed to is the one published when you used the site.
