Privacy policy

This policy describes what happens to information when you use this website. It covers this site and the discovery call form on it. It does not cover the separate services we link out to, which run on their own systems: our products Rehurz and Orotov, the Academy class platform, and our YouTube channel each have their own operators and their own policies.

It is written as a description of how the site actually behaves today rather than as a general statement of intent, so where something has not been decided yet, this page says so instead of guessing.

The form on the contact page is the only place this site asks you to type anything. It asks for your name, your work email, your company, your role, and what you need help with. A phone number is optional and the form says so. There is a marketing checkbox which starts unticked, and leaving it alone changes nothing about your enquiry.

There are exactly two ways what you write can reach us, and which one applies depends on how the site is configured at the time:

• If a configured endpoint is set for the site, your browser sends the form contents to it over HTTPS when you press send, and we read them from there.
• If no endpoint is configured, or if that send fails, nothing is transmitted by the page at all. Instead your browser opens a prepared email addressed to us, already containing what you typed, and it reaches us only when you press send in your own email app. The page tells you plainly when this has happened rather than reporting a success it did not achieve.

In both cases the destination is us. Your details are used to prepare for the call and to reply to you at the work email you gave.

The marketing checkbox is off unless you click it, and the message we receive carries exactly the choice you made. Nobody is added to any list as a side effect of making an enquiry. If you tick it and later change your mind, one line by email is enough and we will act on it.

The pages of this site are rendered by our own server. The articles in Insights are written in a content workspace hosted by Sanity, and this server fetches them from Sanity rather than your browser doing it, so reading an article does not by itself put you in touch with Sanity.

One exception is worth stating plainly: images inside an article are served straight from Sanity's image CDN to your browser, so for those requests Sanity receives your IP address and the ordinary headers any web request carries.

Our hosting produces the ordinary web server logs that running a server produces: the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested, the response, and the browser user agent string. These exist so the site can be operated and problems can be diagnosed. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third party embed on this website today. No such script is loaded by any page here. That is a statement about the code as it currently stands, not a promise about the future.

A consent design exists for the day that changes, with four categories and a way to choose between them. It has not been built yet, and the cookie policy describes both the design and its absence honestly. If any measurement is ever added, this page and the cookie policy will say so before it goes live.

We do not sell what you tell us. We do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you. We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.

We have not set a retention schedule, and we would rather admit that than print a period nobody has decided. In practice an enquiry lives in our email and in our notes for the call it was about. When a schedule is agreed it will be written here, with the date it took effect.

Write to us at support@letsdecodeai.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, or for it to be deleted. We will do it, and we will tell you what we did.

This page does not recite statutory rights, timelines, or the sections of any Act, because quoting law back at you is a poor substitute for doing the thing. The commitment above is what we will actually do, and your rights under Indian law are unaffected by how this page is worded.

When the site changes what it does with information, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. That is the whole rule: no change to the data practices described here goes live without this page being updated to match it.
