What happens after you send this.

  1. We read it ourselves.

    What you write reaches the people who would do the work, not a sales desk, and we read the whole thing before replying.

  2. We reply by email.

    We answer to arrange a time, and we ask anything we need beforehand so the call is not spent on introductions.

  3. The call ends in a first testable step.

    We work through what you are trying to change and what evidence already exists, then say what we would test first. If this is not work we should be doing, we say that instead.
